As a well-recognized spokesperson for the logistics industry, he has been deeply involved in advocating for the sector, addressing crucial issues within the freight and cargo domain, and collaborating with various concerned agencies and organizations, including key ministries within the Government of India. His leadership goes beyond business, as demonstrated during the Covid-19 lockdowns when he offered unconditional support to hospitals, NGOs, and various government agencies, fulfilling a strong social responsibility towards the nation. He is a pioneer of many firsts, including setting up India’s first RA-3 accredited Green Field Air Freight Station (AFS) in Delhi, aligned with the AFS policy issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

He works closely with industry associations where he holds key positions as an esteemed advisor to the Cargo Division of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, as the President, Director, and Co-chairman of industry apex bodies like ACAAI, ACCD, HTFN, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Civil Aviation Committee, and many others.
